These Terms & Conditions govern the tuition services provided by Science Made Clear.

1. Free Consultation

We offer a free online consultation to discuss the student's needs, learning goals and suitable tuition plan. This consultation does not oblige either party to proceed with lessons.

2. Lesson Delivery

Lessons are delivered online using suitable video conferencing software.

Students are expected to:

Attend lessons on time.
Be prepared with the necessary materials.
Participate respectfully throughout the lesson.

3. Payment

Lesson fees will be agreed before tuition begins.

Payment should be made using the agreed payment method before or as agreed for each lesson.

4. Cancellation

Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.

If Science Made Clear needs to cancel a lesson, an alternative time will be offered.

5. Educational Outcomes

Every student is different. While we aim to maximise understanding, confidence and examination performance, we cannot guarantee specific grades or examination results.

6. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, worksheets, presentations and resources provided by Science Made Clear remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

They may be used only by the registered student and must not be copied, distributed or sold without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Science Made Clear shall not be liable for losses arising from technical issues, internet interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
